Service Contract 

• $50 deposit is required prior to the event with minimum 5 working days. Deposit will be applied towards remaining balance and will reserve date and time.  

• Service will start at time agreed in contract by client, only 10 min. wait time is allowed in case of emergency.  

• In case of cancellation on behalf of client, deposit will not be refunded. If cancellation is on behalf of Manny the clown, deposit will be refunded 100%.  

• Manny the clown will assist your event rain or shine. Deposit will not be refunded due to climate situation. Changes regarding service will have to be approved by our representative prior to the event. We recommend you prepare with anticipation in case of weather interference.  

• We reserve the right to refuse service in case that our representative's personal or equipment's security is being threatened before or during service.  

• Manny the Clown and its representatives are not responsible for any accidents occurred during service. All children must be supervised by an adult.  

• We do not accept personal checks towards remaining balance on the day of your event.  Checks are permitted only for deposit prior to the event but date and time will be reserved after amount is fully transferred. Remaining balance will be given to our representative in cash the day of the event before the service begins.  

• Pictures taken at your event will only be used for promotion to our company either on our website or business cards, but only with written consent from client.
